CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to the following guidelines

• Cancellations can be made at any time before the scheduled departure, subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider.
• Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee may be applied depending on the timing of the cancellation. Fees vary by the type of service and the time of cancellation, as outlined in the booking terms.
• Refunds: Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method after the deduction of any applicable cancellation fees. The amount and time for refund depend on the service provider’s policy.

iTour Credits / iTourCash

• If the booking was made using iTour Credits or iTourCash, these will be reversed upon cancellation.
• iTour Credits / iTourCash are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings or services may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of booking.

Amendments to Bookings

If you wish to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may be subject to additional charges.
